Welcome to October Hill Farms™ online. We are a boutique operation with locations in the East bay of San Francisco, California and just outside Seattle, Washington,. Our focus is on breeding, showing, and marketing horses that possess quality, type, temperament and athletic ability. We believe strongly in the versatility of the Arabian horse and strive to produce top competitors that possess the beauty and majesty of the Arabian horse while maintaining the unique gentle and intelligent qualities of the Arabian breed.

We also believe that what you see is what you get in horse breeding, hence our horses possess some of the finest pedigrees in the industry. We do not stand a stallion because we feel that the ability to match mares, based upon their strengths and weaknesses, with stallions that will compliment them genotypically and phenotypically is crucial to our success.

We got involved with the Arabian horse over ten years ago with the purchase of a *Bask granddaughter that we bought out of pasture. She went on to become a halter English and Park champion and we were hooked on the whole Arabian horse experience. Today we realize how much these majestic and regal animals have changed our lives bringing us new friends with which to share our passion, new adventures that keep life interesting and a deep and abiding love of the Arabian horse.

Our philosophy is to treat our clients honestly, fairly and directly with an emphasis on communication. Our objective is to provide the industry with quality horses, at fair prices, backed by sound health and business practices. A win-win situation is always the goal in dealing with our clients.
